OUTSIDE (CREATIVITY & THE BRAIN)
The game that can give you 10 extra years of life. (20 minutes)
I was thinking about what this video and the truth of its context. I was talking about how if you build more resilience you will live longer. This makes a lot of sense because if you build up more physical resilience you will be physically healthier and if you build up mental resilience you can deal with stress in your life a lot easier. I feel like this ties into music really well to because if you are more musically resilient then you can play better and become a better musician.
